The Role
We are looking for a motivated, self-starter, and detail-oriented Quoting Analyst to join our dynamic team. This position is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in the electronics manufacturing industry. You will learn and provide support in the creation of price quotes for our customers’ assembly projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable working with numbers.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with senior team members to understand customer requirements from documents like drawings and bills of materials (BOMs).
- Assist in gathering the necessary information to prepare cost estimates for materials and labor.
- Help prepare and review proposal quotes before they are sent to customers.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in an office environment.
- Strong desire to learn about quoting in the electronics industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
