European Wax Center is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in training Guest Service Associates.

Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.

Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.

Educate guests on our exclusive product line.

Manage front-desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.

Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.

Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.

Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus

Paid Time Off (PTO): Accruals are based on role classification and years of service:

Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL): Accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked in Washington.
