Responsibilities
- Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants throughout the real estate process
- Conduct showings, open houses, listing appointments, and buyer consultations
- Negotiate offers and contracts while protecting your clients’ best interests
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication
- Generate business through networking, referrals, marketing, and prospecting
- Promote listings and personal branding through social media and marketing platforms
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and real estate regulations
- Maintain professionalism, organization, and compliance throughout transactions
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License (required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Passion for helping people and building long-term relationships
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
- Sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred
