Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Billing Data Entry employee to support our billing operations and join our growing team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely invoicing, maintain client relationships and assist in preparing invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing: Preparing, reviewing, and sending invoices to clients while ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensuring billing practices align with company policies.
- Customer Relations: Addressing client inquiries, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years in billing, preferably in a construction setting
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in billing software, financial reporting tools, and accounting systems is essential.
- Analytical Abilities: Solve problems effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to review invoices, resolve invoicing issues and ensure compliance with financial policies.
