Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily office functions with a focus on efficiency and process optimization.
Manage cross-departmental coordination and resource allocation.
HR & Talent Operations
Lead bilingual recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Maintain HR documentation, benefits, and compliance.
Data-Driven Operations
Track KPIs, analyze operational data, and generate actionable reports for leadership.
Monitor office budgets, inventory, and resource utilization.
Administration & Executive Support
Provide high-level support to leadership (calendar, travel, meetings).
Ensure seamless office logistics (supplies, equipment, vendor management).
Marketing Operations
Execute bilingual campaigns (social media, events, content).
Track campaign ROI and optimize strategies.
Core Requirements
Fluent in English & Mandarin.
Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Operations, or related field preferred)
5-8 years in operations, HR, or office management.
Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and workflow tools.
Familiarity with:
AI automation or Google Analytics
