About Us
FJDZ International is a fast-growing cross-border consumer products and PPE company based in Santa Ana. We run two brands — industrial safety gloves/PPE (B2B and wholesale) and a consumer home & personal-care line sold on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay — backed by our own factory overseas and a U.S. warehouse. We're a lean, hands-on team where you'll have direct impact and a fast path to senior responsibility.
The Role
This is an operations role at the center of the business. You'll be the connective tissue between our sales, marketing, e-commerce, and overseas teams — keeping projects moving, turning data into decisions, and making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly. It's ideal for someone who likes to own execution across functions rather than sit in one lane.
What You'll Do
Business & Marketing Operations (the core of the role)
- Support the sales/business development and marketing teams with project coordination, execution, and follow-through
- Help run bilingual marketing campaigns across social media, marketplaces, and events; track performance and ROI
- Pull, organize, and analyze operational and sales data; turn it into clear reports and KPIs for leadership
- Coordinate cross-functionally between our U.S. team and our overseas team/factory (Mandarin communication required)
Operational Support
- Keep daily workflows organized and improve processes as we grow
- Manage inventory visibility, vendor relationships, and office logistics
- Provide light executive support to leadership (scheduling, travel, meetings) as needed
People & Admin (a smaller part of the role)
- Assist with bilingual recruiting/onboarding and maintain basic HR documentation and compliance
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (required — you'll communicate daily with our overseas team)
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Operations, Marketing, or related preferred)
- 3–5 years in operations, business/marketing support, e-commerce, or project coordination
- Strong with MS Office / Google Workspace and comfortable working with data (Excel, Google Analytics, or similar)
- Bonus: experience with e-commerce/marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart), or with AI/automation tools
- Organized, proactive, and happy wearing multiple hats in a small, fast-moving company

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
