HVAC Technician / Helper
Job Description
Brad Tweed Mechanical Services LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Technician / Helper to assist with residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service and installation work. Candidates should be mechanically minded, willing to learn, and able to provide professional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead technician with HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and installation
- Perform maintenance tasks independently when assigned
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
- Help install ductwork, equipment, piping, thermostats, and related components
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and company vehicles
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain punctuality and dependable attendance
Qualifications
- HVAC experience not necessary
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Basic hand tool knowledge
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
