Duties
- Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers between airport terminals, parking lots, and designated drop-off points.
- Assist passengers with luggage handling, ensuring heavy lifting is performed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the shuttle vehicle to ensure optimal operation and appearance.
- Communicate clearly with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and safety instructions using excellent communication skills.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to uphold safety standards at all times.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting passengers warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.
Experience
- Previous shuttle driving or delivery driver experience preferred; familiarity with bus driving or limousine services is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Experience in paratransit or heavy lifting tasks demonstrates versatility and physical readiness.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse passengers and team members.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics to assist in routine checks and minor repairs when needed.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities confidently in a fast-paced environment.
