We are looking for a Regional Fleet Maintenance Manager for a recycling company in Citrus County, FLORIDA!!!!!
***WASTE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Required!!!!***
This position will be 100% remote with some travel involved
FULL TIME, FULL BENEFITS, UP TO 145K/yr, Based on Experience!!!!!!
The ideal Regional Fleet Maintenance Manager will have 5+ years experience as a Fleet Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize vehicle lifespan
- Coordinate with vendors for vehicle repairs, parts ordering, and service scheduling
- Develop and enforce fleet policies and procedures
- Manage fleet budget and control costs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role
