Position Summary
We are seeking motivated Assemblers to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble conveyor components and related products while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are consistently met. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assemble conveyor components, rollers, bearings, pulleys, and related products according to work instructions and specifications.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Read and interpret work orders, assembly instructions, and basic blueprints or diagrams.
- Package completed products for shipment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or material shortages to supervisors.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
