What You'll Do
As an Auto Body Technician, you will:
- Repair collision-damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
- Perform structural and non-structural repairs, including panel replacement, welding, and frame repairs.
- Remove, repair, and reinstall vehicle components and trim.
- Read and interpret repair estimates and repair procedures.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting production goals.
- Conduct final quality inspections to ensure repairs meet company and customer expectations.
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with estimators, painters, and other team members to deliver outstanding results.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or Collision Repair Technician.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to repair a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Experience with frame and structural repairs is preferred.
- I-CAR and/or ASE certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
