The Vitamins Associate provides customer service and product support within the store’s supplements, vitamins, and cosmetics department. This position assists with receiving and checking in merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming department. The role requires availability to work evenings and weekends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Exhibits high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.

Ensures customer care and selling are the priority

Possesses knowledge of the store, services and location of merchandise

Checks discounted clearance merchandise weekly and ensure that items are properly ticketed

Must be flexible and able to be multi-tasking balancing different customers at the same time
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
-
Previous Customer Service experience

Demonstrate good verbal communication skills

Demonstrate a willingness to learn different products within the store
