Starting Pay: $15 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs cleaning duties in guest rooms, public guest areas, and back of house.
- Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensures housekeeping departmental and brand standards are followed in all rooms (and other areas) you are responsible for.
- Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
- Maintains organization and inventory of necessary supplies.
- Reports necessary maintenance items.
- Follows departmental policies and procedures.
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
- Assists in Laundry, Breakfast, and with additional duties as needed.
Hours/Shifts:
- Part Time hours are available (less than 30 hours per week on average)
- Shifts may range from 5-8 hours per day.
- Housekeepers work daytime hours; starting at 8:00am Monday-Friday and 9:00am Saturday-Sunday.
- Must be available on weekends.
Hotel Housekeeper Qualifications / Skills:
- Ability to work hard in a fast paced environment and easily adapt to change.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Able to work cohesively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Takes pride in your work.
- Experience in a hotel or housekeeping/cleaning environment is a plus.
