Bartending Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsibly serving bar guests
- Maintaining cleanliness around taproom and behind bar during each shift
- Completing all opening/closing duties
- Properly handling cash and payments
- Keeping up with current recipes and brewing techniques
Education and Experience Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- OLCC Servers Permit
- Previous service industry experience, preferably in the craft beer world
Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 3-5 shifts a week
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
Pay: $15.55 per hour
