Talento Search Group has an opening for a Manufacturing Engineer in Miamisburg, Ohio. This is a direct-hire position and the salary range is $75,000-92,000 per year, depending on experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop process improvements for manufacturing
- Analyze workflow
- Analyze machine layout
- Initiate and develop continuous improvement projects
- Develop and design manufacturing processes for improvement
- Tooling and fixture design
- Create and revise documents, work instructions, and specifications
- Performing cost-benefit analyses
- Creation of necessary BOM and Routing in ERP system
- Evaluating the production methods used for specific items
- Analyzing designs and production methods
- Developing solutions to specific production issues
- Travel up to 10%
Experience Needed:
- At least 5 years of continuous improvement or manufacturing engineering experience
- US Citizenship is mandatory
- ERP experience
- Engineering Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical experience
- Experience with ISO, Six Sigma, FMEA
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and other engineering design tools
- Microsoft programs proficiency
