We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Conduct custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.
- Execute industrial cleaning tasks when required, adhering to safety protocols..
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained properly, in AirBNB properties.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is mandatory.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to perform basic residential painting tasks is required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
We’re an on-demand cleaning company looking for reliable, self-driven cleaners to join our team. Here’s what you need to know:
- Flexible Opportunities: When a client requests a cleaning (for example, a cleaning scheduled for Thursday), we’ll contact you to check your availability. We provide details such as the location, size of the home, and pay for each job.
- Job-Based Pay: We pay per job rather than hourly, so pay can vary. On average, you can expect earnings equivalent to about $20–$30 per hour. Please note that while many jobs are available, we do not guarantee a full 40 hours per week.
- Requirements: You must have your own means of transportation and cleaning supplies, must speak basic English, and punctuality is a must.
- Agreement: All cleaners must sign a document agreeing not to take any client’s personal information, receive payment directly from clients, or attempt to take our clients away from our company.
