Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to manage the clinical room rental operations within our vibrant wellness and aesthetic center. This role involves overseeing the utilization of treatment rooms by licensed practitioners, ensuring a seamless experience for both providers and clients. Duties
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of clinical room rentals for licensed practitioners specializing in aesthetic treatments, skincare, massage therapy, and other wellness services
- Ensure all treatment rooms are maintained to the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene, and safety in compliance with health regulations
- Assist practitioners with client communication, appointment confirmations, and service inquiries to enhance customer experience
- Oversee the use of salon software systems such as Millennium or similar platforms for booking management and record keeping
- Support practitioners with retail sales strategies, product demos, and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas, including sterilization of equipment like dermal fillers tools, laser devices, and other aesthetic instruments
- Facilitate client check-in/check-out processes at the front desk while providing excellent guest services and hospitality
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within a beauty or wellness environment, with familiarity in salon or clinic operations
- Knowledge of popular salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is highly desirable
- Experience working with aesthetic treatments including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, hair threading, eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, and nail care
- Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and infection control practices in clinical settings
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Background in nursing or cosmetology is preferred; certification in injection administration or esthetic laser treatments is a plus
- Ability to manage social media accounts for promotional purposes and client engagement
- Skills in retail sales, upselling techniques, product demos, and client consultation are advantageous
- Knowledge of salon software systems such as Millennium or similar platforms for scheduling and record keeping
- Experience with hair styling, makeup application, tattooing, or barbering is beneficial but not required
- A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills to ensure smooth daily operations

Pay: $33.01 - $200.00 per hour
