The Club Room at The Clyde is seeking a Host to join our team! In this role you will ensure that every guest receives a friendly and welcoming experience from start to finish! We seek to exceed our customers' expectations with each and every interaction. If you excel at creating a warm welcome and thrive in a fast paced environment, this may be the role for you! Responsibilities, Skills & Abilities:
- Ensure that every customer is attended with prompt and excellent care - greeted, assisted in any way possible throughout their visit, and thanked as they exit
- Communicate and Coordinate between the service team, front door staff, and customers
- Ensure that the message is always positive and focused on meeting guests' unique needs and providing an excellent experience
- Effectively and proactively resolve customer questions and needs
- Must work well under pressure and be highly flexible and adaptable
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor required
- Ability to diffuse and handle potentially difficult situations with tact and professionalism
- Ability to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Pay is flexible, commensurate with experience
