Tamaki Control is looking for an independently motivated Controls Engineer to join our team of ~15 engineers in the Twin Falls, ID branch. The Controls Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and configuration of industrial automation solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design and Program Control Strategies for Process Control Systems
- Collaborate with customers to assess and propose automated solutions
- Assume project lead role to execute defined scope of work to customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer relationships and perform technical reviews and functional training
- Independently write, test, debug, commission, document, and support your code
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Ability to adapt to changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of PLC Controllers
- Knowledge of Common HMI/SCADA Systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- 2-5 years' experience in systems integration, electrical control systems, automation engineering or manufacturing processes in industrial plants (preferably food and beverage)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs
- Experience with Inductive Automation's Ignition platform
- Experience with Industrial Networks
- Experience with P&IDs, electrical drawings, panel layouts and hardware specifications
- Familiarity with SQL Databases
- Familiarity with Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS

Pay: $40.00 - $100.00 per hour
