Job Summary
PlayDate Behavioral Interventions, a nonprofit organization based in Colorado Springs, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a pediatric speech therapist, you will play a vital role in providing essential speech and language services to children ages 0-18 with various diagnoses, including autism and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
Provide clinical treatment to patients, including screenings, evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled speech therapy services and intervention to pediatric clients, including receptive language, expressive language, articulation, augmentative-alternative communication, fluency, social communication, feeding, and swallowing disorders
Provide family/caregiver training and support
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
Provide training and support to non-speech therapy professionals
Requirements
Colorado SLP License
Special needs experience: 1 year (preferred)
Pediatrics experience: 1 year (preferred)
SLP experience: 1 year (preferred)
