Duties
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatric care.
- Execute various dental procedures, including but not limited to dental extractions, fillings, and root canals.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and practice policies.
- Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
- Utilize Eaglesoft software for patient management and record-keeping.
- Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient flow and office efficiency.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental health.
- Experience in general dentistry practices, including pediatric dentistry is preferred.
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental office management software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while also demonstrating independent decision-making skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control and patient safety.

Pay: $190,000.00 - $2,700,000.00 per year
