Key Responsibilities - Operations

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure top-quality food, service, and sanitation

Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff with enthusiasm and care

Assign daily work tasks and maintain proper inventory levels

Reconcile cash registers and maintain accurate records in compliance with laws and company policies

Ensure all staff adhere to safety, food handling, and company standards
Key Responsibilities - Management

Recruit, interview, and hire motivated staff for all positions

Train and develop Shift Leaders and hourly employees to perform at their best

Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary

Adjust schedules to maintain smooth operations and approve overtime as needed
Key Responsibilities - Leadership

Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude at all times

Communicate effectively with management, staff, guests, and vendors

Lead team meetings and delegate tasks to achieve company goals

Work Conditions & Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Excellent communication, math, and computer skills

At least 3 years of restaurant management experience
