About the Role As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be the bridge between our doctors and our patients. You will:
- Guide patients through treatment plans with clarity and compassion
- Help patients understand their insurance (without overwhelm)
- Present financing options with confidence , just solutions
- Keep a multi-doctor schedule organized and flowing smoothly
- Play a key role in helping patients say YES to the care they need.
What We’re Looking For
- Dental experience (front or back office — we value both)
- Strong understanding of dental insurance
- Confidence presenting financial options clearly and professionally
- A warm, welcoming personality
- A “find a way” mindset — problem solver, not problem spotter
- Bilingual or multilingual is a big plus (we serve a diverse community)
