We are a modern, privately owned dental practice focused on transforming patients' lives through advanced dentistry. Our primary areas of treatment include comprehensive dental implant procedures (including All-on-4/full-arch implant rehabilitation), sedation dentistry, and complex restorative dentistry such as full mouth rehabilitation, in addition to other general dentistry treatments.
We are looking for an energetic, compassionate, and highly organized Treatment Coordinator who enjoys building relationships, educating patients, and helping them confidently move forward with life-changing treatment. Primary Responsibilities:
Treatment Presentation & Case Acceptance
- Present comprehensive treatment plans in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner.
- Educate patients on the benefits and value of comprehensive dental care.
- Discuss financing options and assist patients in selecting payment solutions.
- Help patients overcome objections and confidently move forward with treatment.
- Maintain excellent case acceptance through consistent follow-up.
- Coordinate with the doctor to ensure patients fully understand their treatment.
Patient Follow-Up
- Follow up promptly with patients who have unscheduled treatment.
- Build relationships through phone calls, text messages, and email communication.
- Track pending treatment and maintain an organized follow-up system.
- Help convert diagnosed treatment into scheduled appointments.
Schedule Management
- Help maintain a productive, full doctor schedule.
- Fill cancellations quickly.
- Monitor future schedule openings and proactively schedule treatment.
- Work closely with the front office team to maximize production opportunities.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
- Review patient financial arrangements.
- Process financing applications when needed.
- Scan and deposit checks.
- Assist with accounts receivable follow-up.
- Help maintain accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with the front office to ensure smooth patient experiences.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous dental treatment coordinating experience preferred.
- Experience presenting large comprehensive treatment plans.
- Knowledge of dental insurance and financing options.
- Experience with Open Dental practice management software.
- Familiarity with implant dentistry or comprehensive restorative dentistry is a plus.
