Job Description
This is a full-time or flexible, performance-driven opportunity for an experienced sales professional who thrives on commission-based earnings. As a Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building relationships with dispensaries and retail accounts, introducing our products, and growing sales territory across California. Candidates with existing relationships in the cannabis retail space — including those currently selling other brands into dispensaries — are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Account Development: Build and maintain relationships with dispensary buyers, store managers, and retail partners throughout your territory.
- Product Knowledge: Develop deep familiarity with our product line to effectively pitch, educate, and answer buyer questions.
- New Business Development: Prospect and onboard new retail accounts, leveraging existing industry relationships and networks.
- Order & Account Management: Manage reorders, track account performance, and identify opportunities to expand shelf space and product placement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on competitor brands, pricing, and trends within the California cannabis retail market.
- Reporting: Track and report sales activity, account visits, and pipeline status to management.
- Wholesale Opportunities: Identify and develop wholesale accounts sourced directly from our production facility.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience within the cannabis industry required.
- Existing relationships with dispensaries or retail buyers strongly preferred — current or former reps selling other cannabis brands are encouraged to apply.
- Reliable personal transportation required (mileage reimbursed for business travel).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a 100% commission-based role.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting is a plus.
