BodyWorks Physical Therapy is seeking two full-time Physical Therapists and two full-time Physical Therapist Assistants to join our growing team in Klamath Falls, Oregon. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available, and new graduates are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility.
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment plan, home exercise program, and injury prevention strategies.
- Progress treatment plans as appropriate while monitoring patient outcomes and communicating progress.
- Motivate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation to help them achieve their goals.
- Design fitness, wellness, and return-to-activity programs tailored to each patient's needs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic environment and deliver exceptional customer service to every patient.
- Stay current on evidence-based practices and participate in continuing education and professional development.
Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant program (associate degree), depending on the position.
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant license, or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply; outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills and commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a diverse patient caseload.

Pay: $28.00 - $58.00 per hour
