We're partnering with a highly respected and rapidly growing Arizona plaintiff personal injury law firm to identify an experienced Litigation Attorney for its Phoenix office.
The firm has built its reputation representing injured individuals and families in serious personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, trucking, and complex negligence matters. The litigation team is expanding due to continued growth and increased case volume.

What You'll Do
- Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload
- Conduct depositions and mediations
- Draft and argue motions
- Develop litigation strategy
- Handle discovery and case preparation
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and defense counsel
- Prepare cases for trial
- Work directly with clients throughout the litigation process
What We're Looking For (Required)
- Active Arizona Bar License
- 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
- Experience handling cases from filing through resolution
- Strong deposition experience
- Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills
- Proven ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
Preferred
- Trial experience
- Wrongful death litigation experience
- Catastrophic injury experience
- Significant mediation experience
- Insurance defense attorneys with meaningful plaintiff-side litigation experience may also be considered

Compensation
- Competitive base salary ($150k-$250k+) and monthly bonus
-->Compensation will be determined based on litigation experience, case results, and overall qualifications
