Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their homes. Duties
- Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming assistance, etc.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities to promote independence.
- Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs while ensuring nutritional requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document daily activities and any significant changes in the client's condition.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding the client's care plan.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's overall well-being.
