Sip & Cinder in Waxhaw is looking for Dishwashers to join our growing team. We are a new restaurant offering chef inspired small plates, bbq, weekend brunch, and crafted cocktails. Qualified candidates must possess a sense of urgency and commitment to excellent hospitality. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth for the right candidates.
Dishwasher responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a clean dish area, properly washing and sorting dirty dishes
- Setting up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks
- Maintaining clean and dry floors throughout the shift
- Properly washing, stacking, and storing china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers
- Assisting in storing of food deliveries and/or food prep as needed
- Maintaining trash cans throughout shift and removing full trash cans to designated trash disposal areas
