Sponzilli Landscape Group is seeking a motivated, construction-minded individual who wants to grow into a Production Manager role within our residential design-build division.
This is not a senior-level position. This is an opportunity for someone early in their career to learn how high-end residential construction projects are planned, scheduled, built, and managed from the ground up.
If you have 3–5 years of experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field and are ready to take the next step into leadership, we will provide the training, structure, and exposure needed to develop you into a full Production Manager.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will work directly with the Director of Residential and our field teams to support the execution of multiple active projects.
Project Coordination & Scheduling
- Assist in maintaining daily project schedules using LMN
- Adjust schedules based on weather, deliveries, and field conditions
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and equipment
Field & Jobsite Support
- Visit jobsites regularly to track progress and support crews
- Document job progress with notes and photos
- Help ensure work is aligned with plans, timelines, and quality expectations
Materials & Logistics
- Assist with ordering materials and tracking deliveries
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to keep projects moving
Team Support & Communication
- Work closely with foremen, crews, and subcontractors
- Support internal communication between sales, design, and field teams
- Participate in weekly production meetings
Financial & Administrative Support
- Assist with tracking job costs, labor, and materials
- Review timesheets and support payroll accuracy
- Help manage change orders and documentation
What We’re Looking For
This role is about potential, work ethic, and mindset more than years of experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3–5 years experience in construction, landscaping, or related field
- Strong interest in project management and operations
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Willing to be in the field and learn hands-on
- Comfortable using technology and willing to learn systems
- Strong communicator with a team-first mindset
Preferred but Not Required:
- Landscape or construction education
- Exposure to scheduling or project coordination
- Experience with LMN or similar systems
- Spanish speaking ability

Compensation
