Pay & Schedule: $19 - $20/hour DOE. Rotating Shifts. Great opportunity for OT. At $20/hr. and 50 hrs per week for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,100 gross.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operating crushing, grinding, or loading equipment depending on your assigned role
- Running a front-end loader to move raw material and keep a steady feed into the crusher (Loader Operator)
- Operating ball mill equipment and monitoring the transfer system (Ball Mill Operator)
- Running grinding equipment and tracking test results to maintain product quality (Mill Operator)
- Taking accurate readings and measurements and recording them on daily reports
- Communicating with other operators and supervisors to keep production on track
- Unloading railcars when new material arrives
- Keeping your work area safe, clean, and environmentally compliant
What We Need
- Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including overnight hours
- Forklift experience
- Comfort working around industrial equipment in an outdoor/plant environment
- Strong attention to detail for quality testing and reporting
- Prior mining, quarry, cement, or industrial plant experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to complete required safety training (MSHA, Environmental Management System, QHSE)
