What You'll Do
As a Lead Teacher, you will:
· Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
· Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
· Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development
· Build strong, positive partnerships with families
· Observe and document children's growth and developmental progress
· Help ensure compliance with licensing regulations and center policies
· Serve as a positive role model for children, families, and colleagues
