What You'll Do
Lead accounting and financial operations, general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans that support growth and operational needs
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
Partner with operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and company policies
Support strategic decision-making with clear financial reporting and analysis
Help improve systems, reporting capabilities, and overall business processes
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting or finance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Experience overseeing accounting operations and maintaining internal controls
Ability to communicate financial information clearly to operational and technical teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking skills, HR admin experience is a plus
Experience with ERP systems; hands-on Odoo experience is highly preferred
