Position Summary
The Medical Practice Manager will be responsible for supervising front office and clinical support staff, managing daily operations, improving workflow efficiency, increasing patient satisfaction, and supporting the continued growth and expansion of multiple medical office locations.
Responsibilities
● Oversee daily operations for multiple medical office locations
● Conduct morning huddles with staff daily to review schedules, goals, patient flow, and office updates
● Manage staff scheduling, training, onboarding, and performance
● Communicate with patients regarding concerns service issues, and overall experience to ensure high patient satisfaction.
● Ensure excellent patient service and patient satisfaction
● Monitor office productivity, workflow, and operational efficiency
● Develop and implement strategies to grow the practice and increase patient volume
● Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
● Support marketing and business development initiatives
● Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations
● Coordinate with providers, billing departments, and administrative teams
● Handle patient concerns and resolve operational issues professionally
● Monitor inventory, supplies, and office equipment
● Assist with recruitment and employee retention
● Prepare reports and communicate updates to leadership
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree or higher required
● 1–2 years of medical office management experience required
● Experience managing multiple healthcare locations preferred
● Proven ability to help grow and expand medical practice
● Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR/EHR system preferred
● Strong leadership and communication skills
● Knowledge of medical office procedures and healthcare operations
● Understanding of insurance verification, scheduling, and billing workflows
● Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
● Professional appearance and strong organizational skills
● Fluent bilingual English and Spanish required
Salary
● Competitive salary based on experience
● Estimated Florida salary range: $52,000–$62,000 annually for multi-site medical practice managers
Schedule
● Full-time
● Monday–Friday
● Occasional travel between office locations may be required
