This role requires strong administrative, organizational, and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks. Compensation:
$15 - $18 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Ensure compliance with company policy and agreements
- Support the Operations Manager with various office tasks.
- Track work order progress, follow up on pending cases, and update records
- The above are outlined as primary responsibilities, however, please note that additional duties may be assigned.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
Qualifications:-
Strong general computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in dispatching, case management, or a related field
- Emergency Travel as required
