Overview
Tantini Tanning Bar is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who loves beauty, wellness, and helping people feel confident.
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional client experience, educating guests on our services and products, driving membership sales, and maintaining the luxury atmosphere Tantini is known for. Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a warm, luxury experience from the moment they walk in
- Educate clients on tanning, wellness, and spa services including UV tanning, spray tanning, red light therapy, infrared sauna sessions, and memberships
- Recommend products and services based on each client’s individual goals
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Assist with membership enrollments, upgrades, and renewals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries
- Support salon promotions, events, and social media initiatives when needed
- Help ensure all salon rooms, equipment, and common areas are presentation-ready at all times
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and building lasting client relationships
Qualifications
- Previous sales, retail, customer service, beauty, spa, or tanning experience is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Comfortable recommending products and services
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Must be able to work at both Tantini Tanning Bar locations
