Location: Plainfield, IL
Pay: $45–$55/hour
Hours: Full-time, 37.5–40 hours/week
Assignment: 2026–2027 School Year

ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Occupational Therapist to support a well-established district in Plainfield, IL. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services across assigned school sites
- Conduct student evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Support IEP goals and progress monitoring
- Provide interventions targeting sensory, motor, and functional skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams
- Maintain documentation aligned with district standards
Caseload Details
- Setting: Elementary schools
- Caseload size: 45–60 students (approx.)
- Focus areas: handwriting, sensory integration, motor planning, ADLs
- School sites: 2 buildings
Qualifications
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license
- Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong organization and communication skills
