Responsibilities (will vary by client):
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Personal care (bathing, toileting)
- Follow a plan of care
- Communicate professionally with families and your team
- Complete daily care notes and documentation using our mobile app
- Assist with other non-medical caregiving duties as needed
- Transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Observe and report changes in a client's condition to the office, as appropriate

Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous home care, caregiving, or CNA experience
- Reliable smartphone with internet access and active email account
- Able to assist clients with activities of daily living, including standing, walking, lifting, and transferring, as needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow a care plan.
- Professional, respectful, and positive attitude.
- Reliable and punctual, with excellent attendance.
- Understand and maintain client confidentiality
