Location: Cook Out Mallard Creek –
Evening and Late Night Shifts (must be available nights and weekends)
Job Summary Cook Out is seeking dependable, motivated team members to join our closing crew.
Closing staff play a critical role in providing excellent customer service, preparing fresh food, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the restaurant is fully prepared for the next day's operations.
Responsibilities: Deliver friendly, professional customer service. Accurately take customer orders and process transactions. Prepare food according to Cook Out standards. Maintain fast service while ensuring quality and accuracy. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, dining room, and restrooms. Stock food, paper products, and supplies for the next shift. Complete dishwashing and assigned cleaning tasks. Assist with closing procedures and nightly operational checklists. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old. Must have reliable transportation. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and late-night shifts. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Strong work ethic, dependability, and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
