Lamash Law Firm is looking for an Attorney to handle probate, estate, and conservatorship cases in Florida on a contract basis.
This is a remote position — you can work from anywhere in Florida.
What you’ll do:
- Handle probate, estate administration, and conservatorship cases from start to finish
- File petitions and motions with Florida courts
- Handle guardianship and conservatorship proceedings
- Manage trust and estate administration matters
- Communicate with clients and keep them updated on their cases
- Attend court hearings (as needed)
- Review and prepare legal documents (wills, trusts, guardianship petitions, letters of administration)
- Work with court clerks, opposing counsel, and other parties
What we require:
- Active Florida Bar license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in probate, estate, or conservatorship law
- Knowledge of Florida Probate Code and Florida Guardianship Law (Title XLII)
- Good communication skills — ability to explain legal matters in plain language
- Organized and able to manage multiple cases at once
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Able to work independently in a remote setting
Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour
