We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working Ironworker / Welder Helper to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position with hands-on training and strong opportunity for advancement within the company. If you’re someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn a skilled trade, we want to hear from you.
WhatYou’ll Do:
Assist iron workers and welders on active job sites. Help with material handling, setup, and site preparation. Learn basic welding and ironworking skills on the job. Follow all safety procedures and job site guidelines. Support the crew to keep projects moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and reliability (this is a must). Willingness to learn and take direction. Ability to work outdoors in various conditions. Construction or welding experience is a plus, but not required.
Job Details:
Based out of the Greensboro, NC area. Job sites located throughout North Carolina. Home most nights, with occasional overnight travel. Per diem provided for travel jobs. Full-time work opportunity for long-term growth
