Pediatric Home Care Nurse – Lebanon, TN| RN or LPN | Flexible Shifts

At Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services, we’re hiring experienced RNs and LPNs to join our team in Lebanon, TN and throughout Wilson County— and we’re especially looking for nurses with experience in trach, vent, or G-tube care.
Requirements:
- LPN (3+ Years of experience)
Now Hiring for the following shifts:
- Mon-Fri 8am-8pm 12 hour shifts
- Fri-Sun 8pm-8am

Requirements:
✔ Valid TN RN or LPN license
✔ Current AHA-approved BLS for Healthcare professional CPR Certification
✔ Must pass a background check
✔ Pediatric home care or trach/vent/G-tube experience preferred
