Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Additional hours available for clinical assessments as needed.

PsychPlus is a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health services. Our programs support adolescents and adults through structured outpatient, intensive outpatient (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP) treatment programs.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Therapist to support our Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Willoughby, Ohio.
Role Overview
The IOP Therapist will facilitate structured group therapy sessions for adolescents participating in the Intensive Outpatient Program. The role may also include conducting clinical assessments depending on program needs.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions for adolescents
- Support development of coping skills, emotional regulation, and behavioral strategies
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary treatment team
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday
- 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Additional hours may be available for assessments
Qualifications
- Must hold an active Ohio license
- LISW
- LPCC
- LSW
- LPC
- LISW / LPCC preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
- Experience with group therapy facilitation
- Experience working with adolescents preferred
Compensation
- $35 – $50 per hour
- Consistent part-time evening schedule
