Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do
- Assist the dentist during a variety of general dental procedures using four-handed dentistry.
- Prepare and break down treatment rooms while maintaining the highest infection control standards.
- Take diagnostic radiographs and assist with digital imaging.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-operative instructions.
- Ensure instruments are properly cleaned, sterilized, and organized.
- Support efficient patient flow throughout the day.
- Work collaboratively with doctors and teammates to create an exceptional patient experience.
What We're Looking For
- Dental assisting experience is required.
- Current Arkansas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Experience with Open Dental preferred.
- Experience with Dexis, CBCT, and TRIOS digital scanner preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Positive attitude with a dependable, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy clinical environment.
- Passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
