Concord Village Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation is newer skilled nursing and rehabilitation campus with all private rooms located in Lake County, Ohio 20 minutes northeast of Cleveland. We are looking for compassionate healthcare employees to join our team.

Daily Duties
- Assists with such activities as sports, dramatics, games, and arts and crafts to help patients develop interpersonal relationships, to socialize effectively, and to develop confidence needed to participate in group activities.
- Assists with content of program in accordance with patients' capabilities, needs and interests.
- Encourages residents to develop leisure activities.
- Accompanies residents on appointments.
- Assist families with organizing family occasions, like birthday parties
- Serves refreshments that meet dietary requirements of residents.
- Helps set up tools and aids for activities
Qualifications
- Past activities experience preferred
- Prefer Activity Certification
- Looking for positive, friendly and caring team member
