The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations within a construction/flooring company. This role includes receiving and organizing materials, staging job materials for loadout, assisting in tracking and ordering materials as needed, and maintaining accurate inventory. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and supplies
- Pull, stage, and stage job materials for loadout
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with tracking materials
- Load and unload materials using proper equipment and safety procedures
- Coordinate with project managers and field crews to ensure timely material distribution
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with material deliveries when needed
- Monitor stock levels and assist in tracking and ordering materials as needed
- Previous experience in a warehouse or construction/flooring environment preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (75+ lbs)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of inventory and material handling
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team
- Experience with computers, RFMS, or similar systems
- Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment
- Familiarity with construction/flooring materials and workflows
Warehouse setting within a construction/flooring company. Physically active role requiring lifting, standing, and moving materials. Fast-paced environment with indoor and occasional outdoor exposure.
