Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and organized Front of House Manager to lead our team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team, manage customer service standards, and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, and train new team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer service
- Maintain properly cleaned spaces and stock appropriately throughout the day
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including shift management, customer interactions, and resolving guest concerns promptly
- Manage POS systems for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
- Coordinate with bakery management to ensure food preparation aligns with quality standards and timely delivery
- Control inventory levels for front-of-house supplies, monitor stock rotation, and assist with food handling procedures to maintain safety standards
- Implement staff training programs focused on food safety, hospitality best practices, and operational procedures
- Assist in labor scheduling and ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety protocols
- MUST HAVE WEEKEND AVAILABILITY
- FOOD SERVICE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
Experience
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities
- Extensive background in food service management, including supervising teams in casual dining or fine dining settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS; cash handling expertise required
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards
- Experience in inventory control, budgeting, staff training & development, and shift management
- Prior hospitality or restaurant management experience within the food industry is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment
