We?re looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team in Roxbury, NJ! Responsible for delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store and adhering to all operational standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store in order to support the needs of the business.
Summary of Position:
- Build customer loyalty by being friendly, attentive, and respectful.
- Accurately complete sales at the POS.
- Suggest additional items to build on sales.
- Answer phones with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
- Intake prescriptions and assist customers with refills.
- Prepare incoming inventory and assist in merchandising of the front end.
- Direct and assist customers with finding OTC and front-end products.
- Maintain store maintenance and cleanliness standards.
- Participate in training, development and staff meetings as required.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisors and/or management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail pharmacy is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- General computer skills to operate POS and pharmacy system.
- Ability to multitask while being attentive to customers.
- Handle all sales transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand, bend and lift during shift.
- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, cooperative attitude with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Professional conduct, demeanor, and attire, in compliance with company dress code.
- Adhere to and uphold policies and procedures.
