Burtness Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our service team in Orfordville, Wisconsin. This position is ideal for a skilled technician with dealership experience who is committed to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
- Perform routine maintenance and advanced mechanical repairs
- Accurately document work performed using dealership systems
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate effectively with service advisors and other technicians

Qualifications
- Prior automotive technician experience required
- GM dealership experience preferred
- GM certifications preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
- Ability to meet productivity, quality, and safety expectations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Regular and reliable attendance
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift in a service-shop environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work in varying shop conditions including noise, heat, and cold
