Fresco is looking for experienced pizza makers who understand true New York-style hand-tossed pizza craftsmanship.
We are seeking serious pizza professionals with experience in:
- NY hand-tossed dough stretching
- Dough mixing and fermentation
- Dough balling and tray management
- Opening and working high-volume pizza service
- Deck oven experience preferred
- Maintaining consistency, speed, and quality under pressure
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years pizza experience preferred
- Experience with scratch-made dough required
- Understanding of fermentation and proofing
- Ability to work clean, organized, and fast-paced
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Nights and weekends availability
