Testing Strategy, Coordination & Quality Assurance
Oversee
test execution across environments and ensure defects are tracked, triaged, and
resolved.
Guarantee
digital accessibility testing is performed and addressed to meet Commonwealth
standards for GIS products.
Validate
system performance, data integrity, service reliability, map rendering
performance, and API response behavior.
Coordinate
and manage user acceptance testing with program area SMEs.
Minimum
Experience and Training
experience supporting or managing projects in ArcGIS Enterprise-based
systems and geospatial applications.

Impact of the Position
This role ensures the successful delivery of
highly technical, enterprise-scale geospatial systems that support operations,
planning, emergency response, and infrastructure management across the
Commonwealth. By combining strong project leadership with deep geospatial
domain expertise, the Senior Technical Geospatial Project Manager drives system
reliability, data quality, and innovation across the IED Delivery Center.
Skill Required/Desired Amount of Experience Experience supporting or managing projects in ArcGIS Enterprise-based systems and geospatial applications. Required 3.0 Years Project management with multi-team IT coordination responsibilities. Required Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud concepts, web GIS development, and DevOps workflows. Required Proven ability to write, maintain, and organize detailed technical documentation. Required Demonstrated experience with structured testing methodologies and test management tools. Required Excellent communication, facilitation, and team leadership skills Knowledge of GIS integrations.
